Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata who was brought back to club from Juventus this season is expected to miss El Clasico of 3 December 2016. The player also missed Madrid Derby on 19 November 2016 because of injury issue. He is the only Real Madrid player who is in doubt of playing El Clasico, his team mate Toni Kroos will also miss this upcoming El Clasico scheduled to be played on Camp Nou.
Alvaro Morata Of Real Madrid Is Expected To Miss El Clasico
During international game against England, Morata got injured and all problems begin from that day. The club has confirmed that Morata is suffering a torn hamstring while playing against England.
Although he missed Madrid Derby, but Real Madrid successfully won at the Vicente Calderon by scoring three goals to none. Thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo who netted all three goals via Free Kick, Penalty and an assist from Gareth Bale.
After missing game against Atletico Madrid, he is set to miss Champions League game against Sporting Lisbon. An official of Real Madrid said Morata has grade 2 muscle tear that will force him to stay out of football action for few upcoming weeks. Alvaro Morata is enjoying this season with his club, scoring eight goals without playing full games.
Defender Pepe and midfielder Casemiro are also out of football action due to injuries. French forward Karim Benzema was also in doubt, but Benzema played few minutes against Atletico Madrid which means he can start for Real Madrid in this El Clasico.
